1. Crazy Ones

not really a promo, a ‘behind the scene’ clip but got me really excited about it

2. Intelligence

could be nice, reminds me a little of Nikita (the original La Femme Nikita)

3. Homeland

YES! It’s back for season 3, one of the best TV series I’ve seen in a long time.

4. Hostages

I love Dylan McDermott and the way he plays his characters (I really loved him in American Horror Story) and I hope I will get to see him in the next installment of that disturbing show, but until then…

i’m a fan of klaus (and the british actor that portraits him) and i admit this is one of my guilty pleasures

this has already started but it’s very, very good

looking very stylized and … resembling a fantasy graphic novel

interesting BBC original series (got me very curious)

 

6. graceland

seems alright, got a small amount of my attention

 

7. agents of S.H.I.E.L.D

because the Avengers struck gold, they are milking every angle – like this one. nonetheless, could be interesting

 

8. ironside

nothing like a cop with attitude… good ol’ fashion police investigation series

 

9. almost human

buddy cop, or better yet a cop and a funny android … seems like fun

it’s been a while since the last batch of trailers, but i haven’t found anything to really catch my eye (and i’ve been really busy)

so here it goes:

“they will hunt you to the edge of the earth for this”… sounds a bit cliché, but then again it comes from the director of district 9 (which i loved) so i will check it out.

“you think God’s gonna save you? you tell Him to come down and stop me” … true story or not, the trailer really got me interested (especially the cast – michael shannon is a really good character actor)

“wanna fight?”  … i heard mixed things about “drive” and i haven’t seen it (yet) so i’m not sure what to say about this one, looks like it has somewhat the same tone (and same leading actor). the trailer however is good-looking.

“nobody has ever been closer to me than this young man” … this says it all (and you see michael douglas and matt damon in some very special roles); besides, i just love how soderbergh makes his movies.

… my pulse is raising, i really liked the last movie and j.j. abrams is one hell of a sci-fi creator (he produces, writes, directs etc extraordinary movies and tv shows)

… this could be worse, but i will see it nonetheless (huge x-men fan)

… what can i say, you got my full and undivided attention, big loud dumb fun, just the way i like it

… this reminds me of tango and cash so it could be fun. now the bad guy is admiral adama (Edward James Olmos) and on the soundtrack i heard all along the watchtower (remake) so that’s a little unimaginative (BSG fans will know)

Will Smith and his son playing … father and son (surprise, you did not see that one coming, right ?)… but, skipping that, i liked the idea of an evolved Earth were every life form is trying to kill humans (like parasites).

On the same note as the previous trailer, here’s a different take on a depopulated Earth.

today, apocalypse was canceled … what we have here is rougher version of Real Steel robots that take on some large, very large, creatures. normally i would really care about this movie, but it’s written and directed by Guillermo del Toro which sounds promising.
